What the confirmation document sets out
Once you are happy with the plan, we send a confirmation document that states the deposit ratio, the payment methods and the timing of the balance. Everything is written down before you commit, so there is no need to guess what is due and when.
A deposit is normally payable before we book hotels. The reason is practical rather than administrative: in peak season, hotel rooms and timed tickets for places such as the Mogao Caves and Jiuzhaigou are released and taken quickly, and without a deposit we cannot hold a place for you.
How and when to pay
Bank transfer and online payment are the usual routes, and the confirmation document explains both. The balance and its deadline are listed alongside, generally set before departure. Your consultant walks you through the whole thing and answers any questions before a single payment is made.

From deposit to departure
The stages run in a settled order, which makes the timing easier to plan around. Once the deposit is received we secure the hotels and any timed tickets, since in peak season these are released and taken quickly. Your consultant confirms each booking as it is completed, so the trip takes shape in front of you instead of going quiet for a stretch.
The balance is due on the date written into the confirmation document. If anything in the plan shifts before then, the quotation is updated and reissued, so the figures in your hands are always the current ones, and your consultant confirms the final version with you ahead of departure.
Nothing added later
Our pricing is itemised, and it does not rise before you travel for any reason. If, once the trip is under way, you choose to add a sight or extra driving, that is handled separately at cost. We quote it first and only proceed once you agree.
When to just ask us
Payment questions are best raised early rather than at the last minute, especially if you are coordinating with family or colleagues. Your consultant is on hand daily from 09:00 to 21:00 Beijing time to clarify anything in the confirmation document.
