You do not have to buy the whole trip
Not every traveller wants a full package, and we are happy to work that way. Booking a few hotel nights, hiring a car with a driver, or taking a guide for a day or two can all be arranged on their own. Some guests arrive with a route already drawn up and simply need the ground arrangements handled well.
On the plateau in particular, a single well-chosen service can make a real difference. A driver who knows the passes and the road conditions, or a guide who can explain what you are looking at, is sometimes all that stands between a difficult day and a memorable one.
How single services are handled
A single booking still gets the same attention as a full itinerary. It is followed by a consultant, and the vehicles and guides are the ones we use on our own trips. The driver drives and the guide guides; we keep those two roles separate rather than having one person do both, because a driver who is also talking you through history is a driver who is not watching the road.
- Hotel-only booking, priced per night and room type.
- Car with driver only, with the vehicle used exclusively by your group.
- Guide only, in Mandarin or Cantonese according to your group.
- Any combination of the above, quoted item by item.
What to send us
Tell us your dates, how many people are travelling and what you want covered, and we will come back with a clear quotation for the items you need. Nothing is bundled in without your knowing. If you are unsure which service suits your plan, describe the trip and we will suggest the sensible option.
Adding more later
Many guests begin with one booking and then ask us to build more around it once they see how it works. Your consultant keeps the whole picture, so extending a hotel stay or adding a guide does not mean starting the conversation again.
