Why book a hotel through us
We offer a booking-only service, charged item by item, and it does not have to come with a full itinerary. Some guests have already fixed their flights and their route and merely need the right rooms for a few nights. Others know the country well and just want a hotel at the right price in the right spot. Both needs we take on their own.
Handing the rooms to us has a practical benefit: we know the hotels, their locations, their floors and the differences between room types, so we can steer you away from the problems that do not show up in photographs, such as rooms facing a noisy road or floors without a lift.
These are details you usually only learn after a night's stay. Because we arrange accommodation across the region all year, that accumulated knowledge is put to work for you. Give us your dates and your budget and you will save a great deal of price-checking and research.
How the booking-only service works
Tell us the city, the dates, the number of guests and either a preferred hotel or a budget. We check the available room types, come back with the price and the cancellation rules, and place the booking once you confirm. If you also need transfers, a car or rail tickets, we can handle those at the same time and list the costs separately.
- Name a hotel: you give the name, we check the rooms and the price and book it.
- Give a budget: we suggest a few suitable hotels for you to choose from.
- Partial cover: booking only a few nights is fine.
- Add-ons: transfers, a private car and tickets can be arranged together, with costs shown separately.
What to watch out for
One point to note is that the cancellation and amendment rules for a booking depend on the hotel and the ticketing supplier, so we spell out the terms before we reserve. Popular hotels fill early in the peak season, so it pays to tell us your preference in good time.
If you have a particular room request, such as a double or two single beds, connecting rooms or an extra bed, mention it when you book. We will confirm with the hotel, though the final word always rests with the actual availability on the day.
